ECOMMERCE WEBSITE FOR ZANGAK BOOKSTORE

Within the collaboration with Zangak bookstore, our challenge was to create an eCommerce website that would transfer the delight of shopping in-store to the online platform and create relationship-based deep engagement with the users through its verbal and visual content.

For that, we worked with the established brand and its ambassadors to define the bookstore's verbal identity, which then served as a fundament for the communication platform. We developed the brand character and tone of voice, determining the language specifics within the customer-brand interaction on the website.

Through the guidance of the communication platform, we then developed the key messages which would appear on the website pages, those being the page headlines, titles, and lead descriptions throughout the website. We also created an in-depth content strategy for the bookstore team, providing guidelines and tips about further web content development. 

To meet the project's overall objective, we then stepped into the design and development phases of the eCommerce website, utilizing the implemented workshops and benchmark research to set the foundations for the conversion-focused website.

Our team customized the bookstore's visual identity to allow for an engaging and thoughtful design that attracts visitors’ attention. By designing an intuitive user interface, we boosted the efficiency and quality of the user experience, making the platform easy to use and familiar regardless of the screen size. In addition, we developed an advanced search filtration to deliver a clean and seamless experience and help users navigate through the online store sections.

We also developed a fine-tuned and an easy to modify checkout system, with a primary goal to make it easy for the customers to seek and purchase the books they want right from their device. 

The result was a high-performing eCommerce website with branded content, fully functional, interactive, and search engine optimized UI/UX design, and an eCommerce platform with an easy-to-manage CMS. The website is waiting for you to check it out and order a book or two to read during the weekend.
