We started with thorough market research and the client’s marketing need assessment. During the research phase, our team carried out a series of workshops to identify the brand proposition and personality. Besides, our team conducted independent research on consumers’ perception of the brand, as well as their needs, and demands.
The research and workshops built up the fundament for the rebranding, settling on the primary values offered by the business - networking opportunities, consolidation, convenience, creativity, and development.
Based on the brand platform and promise, we refreshed the brand logo and established a brand color palette.
To convey the brand concept to its consumers, we visualized the brand promise through design materials, as well as developed the brand communication platform with comprehensive character presentation and distinctive tone of voice.
As a result, we predefined the key messages of the brand to improve the brand communication with existing and prospective audiences.
