How does our society perceive the 8th of March? International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, or just a beautiful chance to celebrate springtime? We can call it in different ways, but we should certainly celebrate it properly and make women feel special and enjoy the day. Dalma Garden Mall also had been waiting for that day for a long time, so we decided to make a creative marketing campaign, highlighting some other features of women, besides beauty, tenderness, and charm. We wanted to discover all the strength and courage, self-confidence, and power that are hiding behind that beauty. This kind of strong woman needs no ordinary gifts, which you can find only in Dalma Garden Mall. That’s why the name of the campaign was quite clear from the very beginning: Impressive Gifts for Strong Women.

3 main posters were designed with photos of 3 women of different generations. All the women were expressing determination, power, and self-assurance. It was to prove that a clever and bold woman is extremely charming, and if she is aware of her own beauty and strength, she is invulnerable. These women definitely know what they want and what is the secret for their strength.

The launch of the campaign was set by the #StrongConcert with the participation of the “Project 12” band. The cheerful mood was in the air for the whole evening. Dalma gathered a lot of guests, a lot of women with different temperaments under its roof, and made them all enjoy the day. Everyone managed to find impressive gifts for their women, mothers, and sisters and take a small memory from that eventful day by taking a photo on the lovely floral press wall in vintage style.
On March 9, we amplified the festive mood and took it out of Dalma’s building. A surprise was waiting for women walking on the streets of Yerevan in the morning. Definitely, flowers would be too basic for those strong and independent women proudly hurrying to work. So we made their day with a cup of #strongcoffee, wishing them a nice working day. That small and thoughtful surprise brought a smile to their face, hence we can claim that the surprise was to the point.
The next chance for women to get gifts was on social media platforms. At the end of the celebration month, we launched a contest called #IamStrong. A landing page was created, where the participants could register. All they had to do was to download the Instagram filter, specifically designed for the campaign, take a photo with it, post it on their Instagram account with the hashtag #IamStrong and get a chance to win one of the gifts. What was the other reason for that contest? To create a marvelous gallery of beautiful and strong women.
