ECOMMERCE MARKETING FOR YOOTO.ONLINE
YooTo.Online is an eCommerce platform that offers fashion products from over 30 premium brands and boutiques available at the best price with the mission to connect premium designer brands and fashion lovers from all over the world through an easy-to-use platform. The main goals of the two-year collaboration between YooTo.Online and MAROG were to achieve high-volume sales for the eCommerce platform and boost brand awareness.
The core objective of MAROG’s deliverables was to develop a clear eCommerce marketing strategy to deliver precise marketing messages to the target audience and generate sales by communicating the available brands, new arrivals, special offers and deals, fashion trends, and updates. Comparative data analysis is based on a one-year period from 2019 to 2020.

VISUAL IDENTITY REDESIGN
To support the goals of eCommerce marketing, MAROG redesigned the brand’s visual identity, which served as a fundament for further visual communication and content creation for different marketing platforms.
ECOMMERCE MARKETING STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT
To meet the objective, MAROG implemented full-cycle digital and eCommerce marketing for YooTo.Online. We set up and fully optimized Facebook and Instagram shops using Facebook Commerce Manager advantages. Shops on Facebook and Instagram needed continuous maintenance, such as product tagging, shop customization, synchronization of product feeds, and creation of specific sets with product categories. Using Shopify and Google analytics tool features, MAROG tracked customers in consideration and conversion stages, including the number of website visitors, abandoned checkouts, initiated checkouts, add to carts and purchases (first-time buyers and returning visitors). We then implemented the most targeted advertising formats relevant to the Ecommerce websites, such as Facebook Dynamic, Collection, Retargeting Ads, Google Shopping Ads (for an international audience), Display Network, Search Network, and Remarketing Ads.
DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT
Within the scope of the project, our team also took over the digital marketing strategy and planning, research, and analytics, as well as advertising management in digital platforms and implementation of digital banners and visuals. To drive traffic to the website/online shop and deliver sales and discount messages to the target audience, display and PPC ad campaigns were delivered throughout the project.
DIGITAL CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
In addition, MAROG developed creative concepts for various digital marketing campaigns for YooTo.Online throughout the project, boosting sales and revenue on holidays, such as Valentine’s Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas and New Year. Campaigns included activations on digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
The digital marketing strategy was successfully implemented on social media platforms. For each channel, unique content was generated, considering their specific features and attributes to communicate and promote YooTo’s products through dynamic and engaging visual and verbal content. We also carried out photo shootings to manifest the overall visual identity of the online shop and create interest in the audience.
EMAIL AND BLOG MARKETING
Email marketing was one of the core channels in the digital marketing strategy for the online shop. During the promotion, email marketing allowed us to create direct and personalized communication with YooTo’s loyal customers, segmenting them by revenue generated and customer lifetime value. MAROG developed a comprehensive package of abandoned cart/transactional, sales-related, and special offer (vouchers and promo codes) emails for YooTo.online. Overall more than 150 promotional emails and newsletters were sent during the two-year period of email marketing management with a 43% average open rate.
To hit the target audience, we also created a special blog section on the brand's website, providing fashion-related and SEO-optimized content, drawing people's attention to the shop, engaging the target audience, and boosting website traffic.
ANALYTICS AND MONITORING
Analytics and reporting were significant points of eCommerce for YooTo. Our team monitored sales fluctuations, campaign results, advertising results, and other essential data to find new audiences, increase sales, make data-driven decisions, create lookalike audiences, and implement successful digital campaigns.
The eCommerce marketing and online sales results were a huge success, with average revenue growth of over seven times in a one-and-half-year period.
