Our goal was to increase brand awareness and inform about the growth opportunities at Miro for senior developers. The creative concept lies in Armenia's landscape, particularly the towering peaks of its mountains. Through our concept, we aimed to capture the essence of a global brand and showcase the new opportunities that are available in Armenia․

In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs and pain points, we conducted surveys with our target groups and collaborated closely with the internal recruitment team. Utilizing the insights gathered, we established a robust communication platform to effectively engage senior specialists during our digital campaign. Additionally, we meticulously crafted topics to address their specific interests and organized meetups to foster meaningful connections and discussions.

  • In an electrifying partnership with MAROG and the inspiring slogan "What's Your New Peak," Miro hosted two extraordinary meetups for senior software engineers at Yerevan's hub. These exceptional events brought together front-end and back-end experts, celebrating the power of collaboration and knowledge-sharing in tackling global product challenges used by 50 million users. The heart and soul of these meetups was the vibrant tech community, fostering connections, networking, and exchanging invaluable knowledge. 

    Through these meetups, Miro aims to cultivate an environment where knowledge flows freely, challenges are conquered collectively, and innovation flourishes, recognizing the strength and value that each individual brings to the community.

    Miro combines elements from both gaming and traditional software approaches to create a unique product that resembles MMORPG games, where customers connect online and interact through online boards.     Yerevan serves as the base for Miro's Core Product Foundation stream, which is dedicated to constructing the internal platform that empowers other Engineering streams to shape the end-user experience.
