M. SARIAN HOUSE-MUSEUM REOPENING

Our objective was to draw people’s attention to the reopening posters to motivate them to visit the renowned museum of the artist that had been closed for renovation. His painting “On the way to the well” served as an inspiration for creating the city poster. Having a notion of motion in them the city posters were placed in the central streets of Yerevan as if guiding to the Sarian Str. where the house-museum is located.

M. Sarian’s words “My door is open and always will be…” became the campaign slogan.

To design the museum entrance tickets, seven most interesting fragments of his other famous artwork “Armenia Panno” were used. They are demonstrating the life and beautiful nature of Armenia and later can be kept by the visitors as souvenirs. 

“On the way to the well” painting was also used to design an intriguing reopening event invitation.
